Like we tried explaining everything to you. Nothing we tagged to or nothing we did has anything to do with the issues you are having on your car. We gave you a very reputable mechanic to bring it to and Mr Dewayne would have been able to let you know what happened with your car. We tagged to your battery, a cigarette lighter fuse and rear door speakers for signal to install the amplifier, and they are all still working. Beyond that we wouldn't know what to check or look for until Mr Dewayne was to look at your car. We offered to pay for anything we would have done to your car but you never brought it in. Sorry you feel this way we try everything we can here at Crazy Ralph's to keep our customers 100% satisfied.
Added remote start and factory style backup camera to a truck I'm giving to my son. Great people, great communication, timely service. Even came on Monday to put the truck in shop so it wouldn't sit outside all night. Top notch.

I don't see how this place is still in business. They are extremely over priced and customer service is NOT something you will find here. Wanted to charge me $25 a yard for speaker box carpet! Please save yourself disappointment, time and money. Find another stereo shop!

Deal with this clown at your own risk.my installation was a disaster,wires melting into the carpet on the bottom of my back seat, speaker were too thick for the box with the heat sink fins so they were ripped off to make them fit leaving screws that were only removable with the cones out rattling.I ended up taking it all out and selling everything but the box and purchased new, better quality equipment that actually fits the box without tearing stuff off and installed myself and it sounded ten times better, looks ten times better and has never gave me a problem in the eight years since I did it.NEVER AGAIN!! plus he has a lot of low end junk anyway.or at least he did back then.
Dear Mr Billy, Like we explained to you 12 years ago when you got the job done, the wire impressions on the carpeted part on the bottom of the seat was not from melted speaker wires. The terminal cups on the box face the bottom of the seat and it will leave just a small impression from where the seat sits on the box. As far as the plastic covers on the back of the precision power art series 10s we put in the box has nothing to do with heat sink technology for the subwoofer, it was just a plastic cover the company put over the motor of the sub to dress the subwoofer up. Any issues you had back then we tried addressing with you but you got violent with us and we had to get the authorities involved. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Installed a touchscreen radio and reverse camera on a 2013 nissan rouge and a port to plug in my phone. When completed it looked original. Would highly recommend this business.

I had an Alpine dash and rear cam installed. Ralph only sells and installs items that he trusts. You don't stay in business for over 35 years and not be a pro. The price was comparable and when the installation was completed (on schedule), I was shown how to download and use the app on my iPhone to view my recordings (the book instructions aren't always user friendly). All of my questions were answered. Great service, great product, great job! Thanks Ralph.
