The crew at Audio Source in Columbus went above and beyond during my last experience there. We had our radio go out on our truck over the weekend. We were planning on leaving for Florida Monday morning but now with no radio, maps, and car play, our trip would have been more difficult, like when we were kids in the 70's! We showed up at there door first thing Monday morning as soon as they opened. They guys were able to get us a new Kenwood picked out and installed in just over an hour! Thank you so much for helping us keep our schedule as we try to beat the hurricane. We have used Audio Source in Columbus on 4 different occasions and vehicles. We have been very satisfied each time.

Called and was quoted 120 dollars to find the problem when it's probably a 30 second fix for a kid just trying to get his radio to work terrible service
Sorry you feel that way. We have a one hour charge on all diagnostic work simply because we do not know what we are getting into on self installed supplied equipment, especially when something isn't working.
