U-haul side of things were awful. Still waiting on customer service to fix my rental as I never received keys for a rental I was supposed to pickup an hour ago. Terrible experience and will never use this method again
Ted was great with installing my Intoxalock! Even with a newer push start vehicle, in and out within 2 hours of dropping my vehicle off! They provide step by step instructions how to use your device. Weekend availability for installation is a plus as well.
Great service! Helped me out of jam and replaced my hitch and wiring so we could continue on our vacation. Thank you Ted and Bob

This is the worst experience ever, horrible customer service, was not provided with the receipt for available rebate and they are mean and very unprofessional to the customers,please stay away from this place and find a better location for your needs.
