Soundz Plus

I had the original install back in 2019 of a MidCity Engineering remote starter device for my MY2016 E wagon. They took care of me then and I have not had any issues until 2024, where I am having some issues with the remote start function only. Made an appointment to diagnose the issue. Technician took care of me and couple hours later, problem fixed at no charge. This is a fine example of taking care of customers and honoring their work! You don't see this often with businesses these days so 5 stars!

Gilbert is the guy. Had an issue with my corvettes radio and Gilbert was fast and efficient to help me. I really appreciate it. I'll for sure be back for all my car radio needs

First off, i will like to thank the WHOLE team at Soundz Plus. I worked mostly with Gilbert. He is friendly and genuinely cares about the customers experience. He listened and understood what i was looking for in my new sound system for my Mustang. Soundz Plus makes sure the job is done right. They do NOT rush their work, even when i may have been in a rush at times, they regardless wanted to make sure i was happy with my purchase. I appreciate the WHOLE team that worked on my car. My car gets ALOT of great comments on my sounds Gilbert and the team worked their magic on. I couldnt be more happier with them and I chose the right place. Definitely looking to do more business with them in the future. I have already told my friends and family about them. What an awesome experience. Gilbert and the installer did a fantastic job. Also had a small issue when the back up camera was on and using the brake. But he went above and beyond to make sure it was right. Will for sure be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a sound system. Thanks again for a job well done.

This is the place to use. They believe in great customer service. Gilbert is a skilled detective. My car was having electrical gremlins and he somehow solved the mystery and made some mods to the 3year old install and had me on my way. Thanks team!

This place is awesome! Can't say enough good things about them. They installed a sub/amp in my vehicle a month ago, and I looked over and over to find something different that I would've done, But NO! First class service, first class work! Unbelievably happy with everything they did!

Customer focus and attention to detail is outstanding. I wanted a replacement stereo for my '85 Porsche, and Gilbert found a Blaupunkt that looked like the factory original, but with all the modern tech! It looks absolutely beautiful and soundz fantastic. They were also able to diagnose fix an electrical issue I was having with my windows, and cleaned up some old wiring from an aftermarket amp and security system the original owner installed. These guys do an exceptional job, I'd highly recommend them!
