Mike and Donnie were awesome! Great customer service, and efficient. Donnie diagnosed and fixed the issue with my system within 15 minutes. All at an extremely reasonable price. System sounds excellent now. I'll be a return customer, no doubt.

They were so ridiculously rude over the phone we asked if they had a pioneer adapter and the guy on the phone said pioneer sucks we don't have that crap here barely said hello or anything. Extremely rude customer service he could've just said no sorry. Definitely don't keep these people in business if they can't answer the phone with any decorum whatsoever.
I'm sorry. But I did not say Pioneer sucks. I said pioneer is junk and we don't sell pioneer hear at this shop.
I wish I'd looked at these reviews first. They damaged my vehicle and won't accept responsibility for it. The install itself was amature at best. Little things to make a clean professional install we're not done! Terrible shop! Live and learn! Don't make a mistake with your classic vehicle.

They were quickly able to rectify an ongoing issue I've had with a newly installed stereo installed at another business. They did 2 previous awesome stereos for me but at the recommendation of a friend I tried another company. Had an issue from day one. Took it back to the original installer 4 times who were never able to fix the issue. Their final advice to me was to not turn the radio up loud. Decided to dial up Sound Decision, they asked me to come in the next day, they found and fixed the issue and readjusted the sound to make it sound like it should (unbeknownst to me it wasn't playing at its capacity from the original installer).

Took my car to get a remote starter guy in the phone quoted me 366, went in to pay charged me well over 400 dollars he than proceeded to tell me it's because he needed to do a few extra things plus card fees would not recommend
The quote we gave you over the phone was 360 before tax
I don't understand the bad reviews. I have used these guys to install under truck lighting, xtra battery, 2 amps and this morning a Viper alarm. Going in 2 weeks for another audio build. I have never had a problem with them or any issues with the products they have installed. Thanks guys!
