Had RBA install a remote start on wife's car for Xmas. Great guy, honest and knowledgeable with all auto electronics, he did a great job! Called around a couple places before I talked to Rafael. We have a Veracruz which isn't a common vehicle, he looked up the info on it while on the phone with me and backed all I had researched on this car which reassured me he knew what he was doing. He texted me 3 options to purchase remote start and charged a flat rate for install, thought that was pretty cool as I could shop around for the best price! Got me in as soon as I received remote start and was the best total price around, would def. Recommend and take another vehicle to RBA!

Do not go here for smart start. Charges more than double than any other shop to install and calibration of smart start breathalyzer. 60 dollars to calibrate when every other shop in the state is 25 and he charged 275 for an install another shop told me they would have done it for 125. This place is a ripoff!!!
Basic install 175, any vehical requiring under hood work for starter disable is additional 100.00. Calibration fee is 30.00 per month, so yes a 2 month recalibration is 60.00. Rip off no, I charge the prices Smart Start sets. I am a 3rd part contractor for Smart Start sir, so prices are set by them. I apologize if the state mandate breathalyzer program you are required to install in order to keep your driving privileges upsets you. Thank you for your feed back.

I had read some good reviews and was a bit cautious whether they were true or not. But, decided to give it a try. I had purchased a new front/rear dashcam setup and needed it installed on my new Genesis. This was his first Genesis, but the result was fantastic. It looks like it was factory installed. He initially estimated 2 hours, but he worked on it for a little over an hour. The price was right, too. I will be recommending this place to anyone who asks. Thanks, Rafael.
