I spent $4000. I asked for two things in particular, one that the message on my dash with the communication link be gone with the new radio, and that it would be an improvement over the system in the car. Message still on dash, door speakers have half the bass capability of the original installation. Had to have a subwoofer to get somewhat close. When I questioned both items my concerns were invalidated. They dont do a very good job of listening to customers.

Great local company that stands behind their work. Zack and his crew go above and beyond to do things the proper way and make customers happy, regardless of the equipment issues or design flaws. Most companies say "I didn't make it, sorry" they look at how to improve the design flaws and make things work properly. If you need anything added to your vehicle, call them, you won't be disappointed!
Poor customer service, I dropped off my Ferrari 488 and paid $7500 in aftermarket upgrades only to be disappointed. Not only were there delays, lack of accountability, he said/she said aside - nobody thought to show me how to use the radar upgrades, cameras, or where the USB memory stick was placed if needed to troubleshoot. Inconsistent and will treat you like an afterthought once they get your money. Regrettable experience!
Hi Omar I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience. Just to clarify, the main problem was no reputable company makes an interface for your Ferrari to allow for backup/front camera or CarPlay/android auto. You provided the module which was purchased from an overseas supplier which is not available in the US (the module was dropped off ~1 week after the vehicle was which caused further delays). We had functionality issues when it was installed but getting tech support from them was unsuccessful (no help line or email, only "WhatsApp" with an 8 hour time difference). Due to this we had to build our own video switcher to get the cameras to work. When we delivered the vehicle to you, you the cameras were working as was CarPlay, but you have an android which was not working (a manufacturer issue from the module you supplied to us). We told you where the USB cables were and the radar USB's, but said if any updates or troubleshooting was needed it should be brought back to us so it can be done properly. For a clean looking installation, we didn't want to leave USB extensions hanging all around and it wasn't practical to disassemble the car to show you were they were. You were given the basic instructions on how to use the radar system controller as you wanted it setup so you could "just get in and go" which is how we programmed it. If you had any further questions I assumed they would have been brought up at the time of delivery, but we are more than happy to educate you more on the system if needed.
I visited this place about 3 weeks ago to price a remote starter and a dash cam. The staff was very friendly and informative. Today I had my remote starter put on my Nissan Armada. It took a few hours to put on. At pick up, staff was helpful and showed me how to work the starter. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back soon for my dash cam.

Professional, clean, flexible. Had our windows tinted. They did a great job. They were So fast we had our 1 year old son with us and the shop is clean and has coffee. They worked quickly and did quality work. We changed our appointment and time and date 3x and the shop was understanding and flexible and worked with us on last minute time changes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

2019 Street Glide, Harley Dealer Installed Complete 4 Speaker System inc Amp, after I spent Thousands of Dollars it actually sounded worse that Stock 2 Speaker System, after a few days I went back asked if they could check settings, they had no clue I realized I made a Huge Mistake Dealership Techs are not audio guys. I brought my Motorcycle to Mobile Concepts they listened to the system gave me options to fit my Budget. I replaced the Rockford Speakers with a full Cicada system including a DSP Kept The Fosgate amp to stay in Budget This System Sounds Amazing. Im so impressed with Cicada I'm going back to replace the Rockford amp and ad a sub woofer. These guys were Great to deal with I highly recommend Mobile Concepts 5 Stars all the way.

We bought a vehicle from Florida that was over-tinted for Illinois. Mobile concepts was able to remove the existing tint from the windshield and side windows and install legal limit on the side windows for us. They did an amazing job!! No mess at all, new tint looks factory! We highly recommend Mobile Concepts!

Got windows tinted and aligned the tint WAY off on my windows. There was an inch gap with no tint on my side windows and they told me "that's just how it is with your car". No discount or refund! Not a good business
Hello Niko, I looked up your history with us and it looks like the tint was put on 3 years ago. I'm unsure why this is just being brought up now, but we are under new ownership and have new employees. Please contact us if you would like to purchase new window tint for your vehicle.
I recently had the pleasure of entrusting Mobile Concepts with servicing two of my vehicles, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results.
