I bought a remote start from Custom12 for my husband for Christmas. I have no experience or knowledge of most things car related and Chris was super patient and took the time to help me figure out what the best option would be for my husband's car; at no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase more than what was needed. He communicated any delays promptly and even tried to clean a glitter bomb that our daughter left in the car! My husbands's car started right up with the new remote and he seems really excited about this new feature. My car is next in line for a remote start and I will be coming back to Custom12 to get it done. Thanks again, Chris!!

Returned call promptly and although I decided not to upgrade my stereo, they were very helpful.
Chris was awesome, helpful, and honest! Helped fix my entire sound system, including some rewiring of my amp and a new head unit install all at a great price. Super grateful for the work you did Chris!

We recently had a stereo installed in our hot rod. Chris did an excellent job. We had a headlight go out..thought it was due to the stereo install. Chris got us right back in to the shop and spent 4 hours on the wiring and discovered it was not the wiring, it was a bad bulb. We tried to pay him for his time and he would not allow it. He also synced our phone to the stereo and tuned it at no charge. We would recommend him for any work that needs to be done!

Chris is the man you want to see for any and all car audio and accessory needs. He goes above and beyond the call of duty from the most minimal head unit install (spent an extra 2 hours to make sure everything fit right and was perfect in my case), to the most decked out, glorious custom setup for your hot rod or any other cherished toy. He is a good honest guy that will do an amazing job, at a very fair and reasonable price. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Chris for all your mobile funsies!!! You will not be disappointed... Trust

I brought my motorcycle to Chris which needed the entire Main wire harness replaced. It is a older rare bike and all i was able to find was a used harness online. Even though he may not specialize in that, he took the time to help me out and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend him with any audio needs.
