Summary
The business receives overwhelmingly positive reviews. Customers frequently praise owner Eugene (Gene) for clean, professional installs, fair prices that often beat big box stores and other local shops, and patient explanations without upselling. Reviewers highlight stereo, CarPlay, backup camera, dash cam, speaker and subwoofer work, often finished on or ahead of the quoted time. A few reviews mention slow replies to calls and voicemails, with texting the most reliable way to reach him, though one critical reviewer raised his rating after Eugene followed up.
People Often Mention
I’m SHOOK by my bass and this outstanding quality of work. Absolute princess treatment from this guy, everybody in the 208 should hit him up for amazing results 🙌
I had Gene place a dashcam/radar detector in my Jeep Cherokee, very professional job. Had the vehicle done an hour ahead of quoted time. Gene is very friendly, would use him again if we come back into town and need anything else installed.
Eugene is awesome. Not only were his prices the best, but he took the time to explain everything to my 15 year old son and myself as he did the install. He’s genuinely a good human who cares about his customers and helping young people learn how to do things on their own. The world needs more people like him.
He is super nice and engaging
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the recent work Eugene completed on my MK4 Supra. He did an excellent job with the audio installation, and the entire project was clean, professional, and completed in a timely manner. While I personally still love to hear the car's turbo noises, the quality and craftsmanship of his work are outstanding, and I highly recommend his services.
