⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend Vicious Sounds! Great experience today with Vicious Sounds! I originally went in just to get some help with my alarm system, and they took care of it with no problem. They even had time to upgrade my radio to a new system with Android Auto and Bluetooth. Excellent work, fast service, and everything came out great. I’m definitely satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Vicious Sounds to anyone looking for quality car audio or alarm work!

I wanted to share a great find in Riverdale if you are looking for a new car sound system at a fair price. I recently had an excellent experience with this shop. They scheduled my appointment in less than a week and had all the necessary parts ready when I arrived. They started the work immediately, provided a detailed price list, and gave me an accurate completion time. The customer service was outstanding and, most importantly, honest. They realized several parts included in the original estimate weren't actually needed and proactively removed them from my final bill. It is rare to find such high-quality installation services combined with such integrity and fair pricing. I am thrilled with my new system, and they even took the time to give me a tutorial on how to use it. I highly recommend checking them out.

I visited Vicious Sound just to inquire about upgrading my radio in my 2017 Toyota Corolla to Apple Car Play. I am a very particular customer, I know what I want, but I still had a lot of questions. When I tell you Regina is the sweetest person, and she made me feel comfortable asking questions. I wasn’t upsold on anything that I didn’t need. Mr. G is beyond knowledgeable and he’s been doing audio work for 30 years, so he knows his stuff. I made an appointment, it took about 2.5 hours or so and they have a comfortable waiting area. Everything works well, let me tell you, the other positive reviews are very accurate and match my experience with this shop. It’s not often that you find small businesses who aren’t trying to make an extra buck and that really care about the needs of the customer. I will be sending all my friends here for their upgrades. I highly recommend this place, and I also recommend purchasing your equipment through them. Spend the extra dollars on the quality of the equipment and work vs cheaping out on equipment that may not give you longevity. This was one of the best service and customer service experiences that I've ever had. They treated me right, didn't try to make me pay for something that I didnt need, answered all of my MANY questions, did service with a smile and was very polite, and even stayed open a little later to finish my sound system installation and window tint. I give them a 10 out of 10 and would recommend everyone to get your car audio and tint needs from them.

All I needed was a little wire with a terminal. They quickly took care of that as I overheard his knowledge while he was explaining services to another customer. Nice quick experience I had: Yes I definitely recommend for any car audio needs.
