Very nice owner. Installed my touchscreen in my 2012 F150.

I brought my husbands car here back in May, and we will definitely be coming back for future needs! BJ was phenomenal, and you honestly dont find customer service like this anymore! I have very little knowledge about this stuff, but BJ listened, asked questions, and ended up finding the perfect fit for my husbands car (it was a surprise for his birthday)!

Highly recommend. BJ is very professional and honest. He resolved the issue I was having with my system perfectly and even apologized for my wait time which I had absolutely no issue with since I brought my laptop with me intending to work remotely.

These guys are awesome. About halfway through a 7 hour drive I managed to blow the coil on my 'fancy' 15" Dayton sub. Completely my own fault, as I had it on an amp that was about 30% more RMS than Dayton's stated range. Naturally, I found the closest exit with a 'town' and picked this place for the name and reviews as I am OCD as well. I had to stop because I was not trying to drive the rest of the way here, and then back, on my return to FL without any bass. Anyways, they confirmed what I feared after tooling around with it for a few minutes - the blown vc - so I asked what they could sell me to go in the same small sealed box. All they had on hand was the lowest Kicker series, another brand that was expensive enough, around $500ish, that I wasn't comfortable buying it without giving it the OCD research treatment, and then a $30 spray painted, moldy, nasty looking CompVR with only one of its two voice coils working. Unsurprising, as not many 15s are happy in small sealed boxes. Initially they were not aware of the dual voice coil sub now being a single voice coil, so they let me have it free instead of the $30 they initially asked for it. I even tried to pay them after hearing how it sounded, but they wouldn't take my money. So yeah, free diagnostic on my blown sub, and gave me a free, albeit the most ugly, ghetto sub I've ever seen in my life. I wasn't expecting anything decent sounding to come out of the trunk after hooking it up. Friend, let me tell you, it sounds better than my 1 month old $300 Dayton 'HF' or high fidelity sub did with zero blown coils.

HIGHLY recommend OCD Audio, was having trouble with my screen display, stopped in, BJ was very friendly, courteous and had my screen fixed in no time, he saved me from dropping my vehicle at the dealership for weeks on end, not to mention the amount of money I'd spent there...thank you SO much BJ at OCD Audio!!

The best customer service , the best prices in town . Also BJ is somebody that’s going to do the job correct not looking to make quick money . Most definitely should be your go to spot !!

The owner BJ is the greatest installer ever none touches my vehicle but him he’s very thorough and very knowledgeable and particular about how it’s done. I’m sending everyone that needs audio work done to him only
