Well I ask them to just run the hot wire for my radio and they said no they have to do the whole instal sounds like they just want more money out of me

Took my Harley to Mega Car Audio for a full 10-speaker Cicada setup and these guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. The system is insanely loud, crystal clear, and sounds incredible riding down the road or sitting in a parking lot. The install was clean, professional, and they took the time to make sure everything was tuned right and sounding its best. You can tell they know Harley audio and take pride in their work. I had a merge screen installed here and they advised me immediately that this merge screen had many problems. I had paid 1647.00 for this unit and they refused to take it back. During the install they seemed to be having problems. I went back to talk with them and they said they couldn't get the phone to connect with the unit. We called Merge Screen and they wanted us to go to whats app and have a conversation. They told us we needed to do and the installer had already attached everything like they told us to do. I left with only a radio working. I returned and asked them to try again and they pulled the unit back out checked all connections and everything was hooked up as was supposevto be. This shop and everybody working here goes above and beyond to help resolve issues I was having. I'm very thankful for their help. As soon as Nerge Screen agrees to let me return this I will purchase all new stereo and speakers from here. These men are top notch in sales. Service. Installation and customer service 200 percent satisfied with them. You can't go wrong with this Company and all their employees.
