This is one of the most ethical places I have ever done business with! I was told by Subaru that the repair to my touch screen system would cost almost $1,900. Best Buy quoted me almost $1,200. I'm an old lady on a fixed income and I thought I wouldn't have music or my nav system or anything ever again. My mechanic recommended I check with Cruzin Tunes. One of the young men there pulled up a website where I could order the part that I needed and told me I could probably install it myself. I ordered the part and took it back to them today. They installed it for me and the part and the labor charges were just a little over $400. That's still a chunk of change for me, but when I saw they also fix backup cameras and install them and such, I told them that I was having problems with mine and it being a poor quality View. I asked if they would look at it and see if I needed to replace it. The young man who did my install actually cleaned the camera for me and it's now beautifully visible. He even showed me how to do it myself. These guys really could have taken advantage of me if they had wanted to. I'm glad they didn't, and I will now sing their praises to anybody who will listen! Nowadays, it seems like honest, quality service is the exception rather than the rule, but these guys really made my day!

My radio audio had gone out. The sales tech advised the diagnostic cost and proceeded to find the problem. The issue was resolved in a timely manner. I was highly impressed with the customer service and efficiency and knowledge of the tech resolving the issue and without having to buy a radio. Kudos DJ ( i think that's his name, charge it to my head and not my heart)! If I'm in the need of replacing the system I know where I am going 😌.The only downside is there's no inside waiting area but there's plenty of seating on the outside. Thank you.

Professional, quality service and very reasonable prices. I took my Q8 Audi to this shop to repair a busted speaker cover. They were able to get it done in under 2 hours and were 1/3 of the cost compared to the dealership. Very happy with the results and I would definitely use them again.
