I came to Total Auto Protection based on Google reviews and wasn't disappointed. I needed the Cue system, which I purchased new on Ebay, replaced in my Cadillac SRX. After setting up an appointment, upon arrival, Jeff immediately started working on my car and installed and tested the unit in about 30 minutes. First off I apologize for taking this long to write this review. I took my 2008 Wrangler to replace the original radio that had died. I explained to Jeff that I wanted the car play to look just like OEM in the dashboard. He did not disappoint me as he did an outstanding job. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Jeff of Total Auto Protection.

Jeff is great! I called him out of the blue with details of a severe static issue we were having with our Honda Accord radio that caused us to have to disconnect it completely. Before we even met, he spent a good deal of time researching the problem. He called back and recommended that I have him take the radio out and send it to an eBay supplier in Minnesota who felt it was a mother board issue and could be fixed. He took the radio out while my wife waited in his lobby and packaged it up for us. We sent it out and it was able to be fixed. I took the repaired unit back to Jeff and he reinstalled it while I waited in the lobby. Honda corporate didn’t know what to do, nor did the dealer or anyone else I talked to. Jeff was a life saver. He’s one of the most up front, honest, and reasonable persons I’ve dealt with in a long time.

In March 2025, I submitted a fraud dispute to Total Auto Protection. After the services became necessary, I was unable to contact this "company." The credit card reimbursed me for the cost of an extended car maintenance contract in May 2025.

I was looking for a car stereo installer near me that could upgrade my vehicles unit. When I searched and saw Yelp reviews, one near me had many reviews and was the only one with 5 stars. Every review said not only did Jeff do a great job, but he was a really nice guy. I am here to state it's the truth. I'm so glad I chose Total Auto Protection! Jeff did a monster job, and it wasn't easy to make sure everything existing worked with the new unit... plus a few additional features. And yes, it's true... he is a very nice guy and very professional. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. And his prices are very fair! Highly recommended by me.
