I arrived at opening time without an appointment so my 2011 RAV4 could have its new Kenwood head unit and iDatalink parts/wiring harnesses installed. I purchased all parts but couldn't figure out the wiring for the life of me. A handshake with Mr. g and two hours later my car was ready. Hands-down fantastic work, good pricing and friendly service. I will be telling all my friends and family to come here 🤙🏻

I had them work on my vehicle on two different occasions and I am extremely satisfied and impressed with their quality of work and car audio knowledge. My first visit was a full custom sound system on my 2011 Accord which included a 4-way amp, subwoofer amp, DSP/LOC, all electricals, dual 10 inch subwoofer, and they fixed up some speakers I attempted to install. I just wanted to say they did an AMAZING job and they completely transformed my vehicle. Their wiring and installation of components are extremely neat. You can genuinely tell they take pride in their work and don't just rush things to make a quick buck. It took them about a day and a half to do the job but that is completely expected because of the quality in their installation. If it was some rundown shop, they would rush through it and be done with it within a few hours and wish you farewell, hoping to never see you again. These guys aren't like that. They care about doing the job right the first time instead of rushing an install that could cause problems later. My second visit was for an install of a Compustar security system, front speaker upgrade, some sound deadening, and miscellaneous things I requested. I had also mentioned that I was working with some of the wiring on the amp board where I made a huge mistake. They were able to diagnose how to fix the issue and had no problem in taking care of it when I come back next week. Sometimes you need to leave things to the professionals, like these guys, because they truly know what they are doing. When I received the car back later the next day, I was very happy to see the attention to detail that they are known for from my last visit. Security systems have a lot of wiring, and they were able to make it look OEM and clean looking without an issue. What surprised me is that they even tidied up some wiring I had in the engine bay that was dangling around when I installed my LED headlights. I didn't even mention it to them. They saw a problem and corrected it which just tells you even more that these people CARE about their customers. Some shops can just be like "oh well" and completely skip over it, but not at Exotic Sounds. Another thing I liked is how they installed the blue theft deterrent light. They put it into the a-pillar through a drilled hole in the plastic, which looks seamless. Overall, they are extremely open to custom requests and pay attention to detail super well. They will guarantee a result you love exactly to your likings. On both visits, they stayed after hours to get the job done on time and even cut me a break on the charged labor hours. That says a lot about their character and customer service. It is safe to say that I will absolutely be coming back to Exotic Sounds in the future for more of my car electronic needs! G and his crew are true professionals! I have a 2018 jeep wrangler and they installed an Alpine radio that blew my mind. These guys take their work very seriously and it shows. I'd really recommend them AND will be going back in the future to upgrade other vehicles that I have.

The staff work real quick, I was essentially a walk in and they took me in for a quote for what I wanted done. I needed my radio replaced and one of the guys was able to quickly assess my options and gave me price ranges, which were pretty reasonable. The work was done in only a few hours, I sat in their waiting room where they offer water!

Exotic Sound was a really awesome place and a great experience, they got me in on the day I needed,had issues with connections behind my stereo n AC unit fixed it really fast my front speakers wasn't working I asked if they could do something about that and they fixed me right up.this work was done on a 2001 Toyota Avalon xls sounds awesome THANKS GUYS.
