I had a Kenwood Apple CarPlay media player with backup camera installed along with a Dash Cam with both front and rear cameras. Hugh, the owner, was unfailingly friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Hugh took the time to do the installation professionally and with the utmost attention to detail. All connection cables were hidden with no annoying cables hanging downward across the windshield and rear window. It was a pleasure working with Hugh and I unequivocally give him my highest recommendation.

I am sharing my experience with this business so people know what happened to me. I had previously done business with this person when he installed a radio in my car, so I had him saved in my Zelle contacts as “Vizion Audio.” Recently I was trying to send $200 through Zelle to a different business called “Vizion Upholstery,” but by mistake I selected the wrong contact and the payment was sent to him. As soon as I realized the mistake, I called him and explained the situation. He asked me to give him about an hour so he could confirm the payment, but after that he stopped answering my calls. I later went to his business in person. Instead of returning the money that was clearly sent by mistake, he told me to open a dispute with Zelle, even though Zelle payments normally cannot be reversed. He also suggested that I should “sweeten the deal” and asked how much I would be willing to let him keep in order to send the rest back. I am simply sharing exactly what happened so others are aware before doing business here.

Seen me out front called to make sure they were open and forwarded to voicemail. Will not be returning.

My speakers weren’t working, I called Autovizion and the technician was amazing… helped me out tremendously.. this technician was smart, and knew what he was talking about,, this is what service should be about… 5 star service without a doubt!!
