Audio Video Creations Inc.

I don’t want to direct say they were trying to scam me but i feel they were. I went into the shop and asked for a wireless car-play install, nothing fancy and i got told it would be almost $1300. Myself and the other shop i called were shocked at that quote.I get some stuff is better quality but the highest price wiring harness i found is $180 and they wanted almost $250 not including install and it was like that for every part.If it can be explained i would give the shop another shot for the subs I'm wanting to build, but i don't think there is much to explain after i have tried to find parts for what they tried to charge me and i can’t.

The staff here are awesome, sorted my F-250.

I came into the store with a small issue I was having & Joe at the front desk was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about diagnosing the issue I had. He pointed me to the right direction on what I specifically needed to solve my issue👍 Joe’s customer service was very professional & honest👍👍

We were very impressed with the service provided by Joe and Richard when my original car speakers stopped working on one side of my car. So professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and kind - they gave me a reasonable price and the speakers were installed in a timely fashion by their wonderful techs!! Thank you so much, guys!! 😍👏🏻✨

Best place always very helpful would totally recommend this establishment to anyone needing the services they offer. Top notch 5 stars for sure

I just moved to the Spring Hill area and don't know a thing or person here yet. Had an issue surface with my car stereo and thought I'd have to replace it. I stopped in to Audio Video Creations and talked with Joe (great guy). He dropped what he was working on and out to my Yukon he went. Back into office and back out to my car, right there on the spot. It was a software update and I had no idea (have no idea of this stuff) how to complete. He did it right on the spot, really blew my mind. I thought for sure I'd have a major expense with this. Nope, thanks to Audio Video Creations and Joe (in particular :) I no longer have an issue or unplanned expense :) I'll be going back to see them again when I need anything for my car electronics. Thanks Audio Video Creations and Joe most importantly!!!! Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed !!
