Nick and Evan were both quick and knowledgeable. Even complimented my self made amp rack!

Only giving a 3 star for the following reasons , first we dropped our car off in the morning and they were told we had a rental car for the day, they called us at the end of the day , to say they would need it over night , so I extended my rental till the next day , then we came at 10am to give them a little more time and our car wasn't ready when we went to pick it up , had to wait another Hour , then our car didn't start . which has not been a issue . They jumped it not mentioning anything to us. My girlfriend saw them opening up the hood . As my girlfriend was driving home , she noticed the dome light was on , so I figured out that is why the jump was needed. It was left on, I am guessing the whole time they were working on it . When we got home , car won't start , I reached out to them , no answer and no return call that night or even the next day . And nothing even till this day. Me being a business owner I know things happen, but not to call back shows, one of two things , they didn't care after they got paid , or they were worried it was going to cost them. Also asked for instructions on the new radio they installed , was told there were none, and you can find it online. But no information of number of radio installed was even given to me . Really everything comes with instructions . Bottom line , they did a decent job installing the new radio and back up camera , but with no customer service that is a big red flag. And I book the appointment a month in advance , so everything should have been done in one day! By the way I found out it was the battery and it wasn't on them , one phone call would have solved everything!

They took great care of my 2004! New stereo and speakers sound terrific! I will be back!

I had someone install speakers, subs amp in my truck and it just didn't hit hard and wasn't clear audio. It got distorted when I turned it up. Then I took it to Nick and they guys at Audio Design and I could tell right away my the look on their faces that they have seen this issue before. They cleaned up the wiring and installed the right speakers and amps and tuned it for my truck. When Nick and I hopped in my truck to listen to the new system, a large smile appeared on my face! ...and that smile shows up every single time I get in my truck to experience music the way it should be experienced; you feel it! These guys know what they are doing and it's been a fun experience.

Nick did a great job with my car. I would highly recommend.
