Summary

AI Generated from Google reviews

The business receives strongly positive reviews. Customers frequently praise the clean installs, knowledgeable and patient staff, and quick turnaround on trucks, boats and side by sides. Reviewers highlight Jason and the repeat business over many years. Some negative reviews mention a damaged head unit with no refund, a disputed deposit refund and a $500 quote to install a $100 radio, though most of the harshest ones are several years old. The owner rarely replies to complaints.

Jason installed an integrated instrument display in my 2026 Tesla Model Y. My experience was excellent; the installation was professional, timely, and reasonably priced. If you need installation on your Tesla, I highly recommend Jason and Audio Addiction.

Horrible service and unprofessional on top of trying to charge $500 to install a $100 radio in a 2012 car. Go elsewhere

I just wanted to take a moment and update my five star review. April 20 25. I am still so happy after these many years that Audio Addiction Is in place. I always tell people you get what you pay for and at Audio Addictions you are going to be taken care of forever. I have been going to AA about 15 years now. They are amazing! They backup all their work and aren't going anywhere ... so you know you have service forever !! they are the best !!

They fixed a wiring electrical problem I was having with my car, unrelated to audio, that no one else wanted to tackle. They got the job done! I am very happy about that.
