Put Sirius radio and they did a excellent job in a timely matter
I needed to replace two speakers in my truck. The catalog I looked at said I needed 4" speakers and I called and they said they had some in stock. Upon arrival the person I talked to asked what they were for. Off the top of his head he said I needed 6*4's. He verified it with their catalog. I bought what I actually needed and everything works great. Great knowledge plus there's nothing like supporting local. I'm doing an upgrade to my Road King's sound and I'll be reaching back out to Tri State.

Very nasty on the Phone and rude need do better to treat customer
They specialize in car audio, Alarms, Radar Detectors, remote starts, and other things. I went in and spoke to a salesman he seemed very upfront with me. We went over a few options for what I went in there for. He also answered a few other questions that I had.
Jamie was very knowledgeable and patient with my not very tech savvy self. He understood what I wanted and explained everything clearly. Excellent service and experience!
I needed to replace the factory radio in my Jeep, and I am so glad that I went here to do it. They made the process so easy from the moment I walked in the door. I told them what I wanted, they knew exactly what I needed, and took care of it with efficiency. Financing was super easy as well. Now I am so happy with my new system. I found Sound of TriState way back in the early 90's as a teenager getting my first car stereo upgraded at the now closed location of Morton PA. Ever since then, I have trusted them with all my vehicles. This past week I had a JL Audio Stealthbox installed in my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado and couldn't be happier. The install was super clean and you'd never even know it was there until you hear it. I went into the store and met Jamie. He explained everything to me and recommended how it would all work and what was compatible with my vehicle. He regularly emailed me with updates to shipping as well as scheduling my install once all the parts were in. The install was amazing. I was hesitant about modifying my new vehicle and didn't want anything to show that it was worked on. Prayers were answered! It looks exactly the same as if it was never touched. Sound is incredible! I couldn't be happier! After having 7 vehicles done by Sound of Tristate, I can easily say that I have the utmost faith in this company and will not have anyone else work on my vehicles. Excellent work and customer service from pros that know what they are doing. Thank you Jamie and the team at Sound of Tristate! I am a customer for life!
