John and the crew did an excellent job on lifting my truck, adding new wheels and tires and a few extra small things. Kept me updated throughout the process and gave me options which I appreciate as a business owner because the little things matter. Owner is also a great guy and I will be back soon for extra things on both my trucks.

Stopped in to get a price on a speaker upgrade for my Bronco and after arguing with the employee because I was told I basically didn't know what I was talking about, I promptly left and went to Audio Works where I was helped and purchased a full set of Hertz speakers. Will never step foot in there again
I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your recent experience. To clarify, you visited our store specifically looking for an Alpine speaker package for your Ford Bronco, which we did not have in stock at that time. We offered two alternatives: a 15% discount if you wanted to order the exact package and wait for it, or a custom package with similar Alpine speakers at a lower price. I also took the time to discuss the speaker sizes that would work for your vehicle and offered a complimentary custom installation. At that point, you chose not to proceed and left the store.
Mike and techs were fabulous, the sound of my new system is beautiful and it will be nice to remote start my car in the winter. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you

Audio jam there great long time customer they are really nice to you. If you have a problem they'll fix it with no problem. I have no complaints. I have multiple work done to my truck always leaves happy . happy to be one of their customers
