This is a wonderful shop that did a great job installing a dashcam in my Porsche Macan (which is a must have when driving near NYC in my opinion). Annie, Victoria, and the team at Sounds Incredible are courteous, professional and take pride in what they do. They retrofitted an Apple CarPlay interface on my wife's 2011 Range Rover. The work was clean, and delivered as promised. After the install Annie followed up on all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I Highly recommend Sounds Incredible!

I had a drop off appointment to install a remote starter for my Subaru forester when I called to set up the appointment Victoria answered so pleasantly. I came in at 10:00am to drop off the car. When I returned to pick up my car I waited a few minutes and had an amazing conversation with her. Met PJ who was so knowledgeable. Radios and remote's starters are their business!!

Had an appointment at our dealership to get my wife's antenna fixed. After 4 hours they hadn't even looked at it. I left and went directly to Sounds Incredible. They took time to inspect the car before making the appointment. They couldn't have been more pleasant! Days later the new antenna was installed and at half the price the dealer would have charged. My wife is thrilled to have music again!

I have been a customer since 2006 and every time I visit Annie, John and the Sounds Incredible crew, I am pleasantly surprised! They are true masters of their craft. This visit, I brought a classic 2002 Chevy C3500HD mason dump for an audio refresh. While this may not be the typical vehicle seeking a stereo, Annie took the time to refresh her memory with what speakers my previous systems used so she'd know what my hearing-tastes are like. My goal was to add some modern touches such as backup camera, bluetooth phone capabilities, bluetooth music streaming and Android Auto. They all blew it out of the park! Annie kept in touch with me every step of the way and even informed me of a couple issues (unrelated to the install) which were quickly and professionally overcome. I am very happy to see that the Sounds Incredible team has survived the test of time and they are flourishing more than ever.
