Horrible. Scratched my instruments and buttons not to mention dashboard. Instrument cluster bezel had all of its tabs snapped off and held on by hopes and dreams. Can't believe these guys are in business. You refunded me $100 because you guys scratched my tints while fixing the damage you caused to my interior. I had to buy a new bezel cuz you guys decided that velcro one you broken will suffice
Sorry about your experience with us , we did give you a partial refund of 150 and we did take out the screen radio that you brought us and put it back to factory for free of charge and repaired all the tabs that were damaged to the best of our ability. We hope your experience with us in the future is better
Mo and company are the best around. They recently installed a Sony XAV-9500ES in my truck. And I've had some issues but no fault of theirs. The problem is with Android phones and Mo talked me through it to fix the issue. Although I still have glitches here and there, the info he gave me helped significantly.

I just moved to CT and came to King Car Audio to have Apple Car Play and back up camera installed in my Porsche. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. All technical details were addressed and the finish product was amazing.

They recently installed a remote start and dash cam in my car. The dash cam wasn't focusing properly after I got home. I brought it back and they simply swapped it out with another unit, which works great. Remote start works great too. All the cords professionally tucked away, they took time to walk me through all the features and were very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

King Car Audio is an amazing local establishment. One afternoon I was having issues fitting a replacement foglight bulb and connector back into the factory harness so I decided to visit KCA for assistance. I arrived maybe an hour before closing without an appointment and of one their employees kindly offered to assist.
