I first went to Jo-Di's 4 1/2 years ago to get a remote starter put in my jeep. The owner greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming and accommodating! I never forgot that. 4 1/2 years later, I had to return because I lost both of my key fobs. The same owner, with the same smile and great conversation took care of me in 30 minutes. You truly get what you put out in this world and I appreciate the kindness and the service!

I have been working with the public for more than 39 years - and I love helping people "Enjoy Their Ride" Someday's it's a little tougher to find my Smile - and some of today's customers seem to arrive here ready to dispute the very advice they came here asking for - But I love my job - and your comments are exactly why. It gives me great joy - and an even bigger smile - to know I have given someone Great Service - and earned a customer the old fashioned way. Amazing service! I was able to get in very fast to have a GPS unit removed. I also had a subwoofer installed a couple of years ago and was super happy. The staff is very friendly, and I highly recommend this place!

Amazing experience with Jodi's! I've been having issues with a leak in my Honda Accord, causing water damage which caused my head liner to detach and hang. It was driving me crazy so I asked the Honda Dealership the cost to replace it. They quoted me over 3k which of course wasn't something I would have been able to do. I was referred to Jodi's in West Hartford and when I tell you I couldn't be more satisfied, I'm not exaggerating. From the very first call to the finish of my appointments there, they were SO kind and understanding. Professional and fair. They are a hard working team of very good and trustworthy people. My new head liner (brand new and perfect) was ONLY $345! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Jodi's. You have a customer for life who will continue to refer to you. I went here to have my 2013 Ford Fusion radio upgraded from its original to the sync 3 system with apple car play etc and a JBL amp. The entire process was wonderful i worked with Mrs.Jo-Di personally and she was polite and gave me great customer service every time whether it was in person or over the phone. I am ecstatic to have my apple car play now and Bluetooth features working properly now as i had issues with the original model as I couldn't hear or speak with the bluetooth on the car and it would skip my music (no longer a problem now). I highly recommend them for any work you may want on your car radio or speakers etc.

Does your vehicle's stock sound system sound " ho hum?" Pay a visit to Jo-Di's to put the "Wow" in your sound and have it fully integrated to look stock. Love my new Bronco...but the sound left a lot to be desired. Jo-Di's knowledgeable staff put together an awesome system that fit the budget. The install techs did a flawless install. I highly recommend a visit.
