(note: ive had this device in my car for a long while. Car connection did not install it for me, but it had nothing to do with how the other place did it/the installation to make this clear!)...
I was having issues with the head unit. Ended up being a loose wire and a blown fuse. He was able to get it fixed pretty fast. I'll probably come back if I need any other work. Thanks for the help!

They installed the remote started on my truck and it's stopped working, so I went to them so they could check what happened and they simply told me that they can't do anything. I must schedule an appointment with them to check and pay $85 per HOUR.
Wonderful people run this rental car outlet. Definitely rent from them. The agent helped answer insurance issues. Called my insurance had full coverage. Honest people.
