You may have forgot to mention that you had another rack on it prior that caused problems, that it was at the body shop before we worked on it for damage, and you had issues with rear sensors prior. I'm sorry I wasn't able to meet your expectations, nor any of our staff. We came for an installation the was supposed to take an hour and a half. We were treated to a movie (nice little theater), free coffee, cookies, Coke, and popcorn...
