Hi Ricky, thank you for taking the time to leave this lengthy review. It was a pleasure working with you when you were here. You may have forgot to mention that you had another rack on it prior that caused problems, that it was at the body shop before we worked on it for damage, and you had issues with rear sensors prior. I'm sorry I wasn't able to meet your expectations, nor any of our staff. Hopeful your able to enjoy your Gobi rack you received from us on clearance and find some new exciting trails to explore with your Bronco. Thanks! Kevin

We came for an installation the was supposed to take an hour and a half. We were treated to a movie (nice little theater), free coffee, cookies, Coke, and popcorn...
Hi Kimberly, I understand your frustration with the trouble the breathalyzer install has caused with the factory theft system now not allowing the vehicle to start.
