I had an appointment at 930 and the service crew did not call me until 430 to let me know it was done. By this time the car could not be towed to the next location in a timely manner as truck drivers were about 1 hour out and dealership closes Would not recommend this service center as other car toys have kept their time promises.
Joe did an amazing job tinting my Tesla Model Y. He even did my roof with ceramic film to block the UV rays and heat. I drive a lot and he added a PPF film to the outside of my windshield to protect against rock chips. I'm fully covered on the interior and I'll be back to PPF my entire exterior of the car.

Every time I go to car toys I leave there feeling better off than when I arrived. I continue to go there on a regular basis and I'm just overall pleased. Definitely a better place to go

They killed the battery in my husband's car when they took the intoxalock out and would not charge the battery or help us in any way... they left us stranded in the car toys parking lot in 22° weather

It wouldve been 5 stars but, In August 2024, I purchased a remote start & alarm system for my grandmother's brand new 2024 Nissan Versa. Because the car was so brand new, the firmware wasn't available for the remote start, so it couldn't be installed. I'd been back multiple times for the same reason. They kept trying and trying. They gave me a different installer by the name of Seth. Seth has been amazing! Today, Feb 5, 2025, we finally got everything installed for my Grandma. A couple things weren't right upon getting all the way back home but I called Seth and he made things right! In fact, he went above and beyond for us. I'm very appreciative for his time and efforts! Thank you, sir!
