Overall, a fine experience. trash was left in my car from my new stereo being put in, i had to come back the next day because the stereo kept turning on and off, but the manager was very helpful in helping me understand why a $299 radio turned into a $549 purchase. it was irritating, but everyone was professional and we got a small refund for the inconvenience.

Did a good job on the install and the box they built fits the space really well. I was kind of disappointed in the communication between themselves. I had been working with one guy and told him about an issue I had with the tint job I had just gotten done, he said he'd relay it to the installer. That didn't happen. Also when I dropped my truck off I told the guy doing the intake something to tell the installers and that also did not happen. Overall it was a good job

Certainly not the best customer service I've received at other car toys stores bordering them being rude. They didn't even take my daughter out to show her the installation and to make sure that everything worked at any point let alone before charging her for the installation.
