George did a great job on install .. So went in again to upgrade system. Requested George again for install. Can't say enough about his skill sets on installation. Spent a bunch more money taking my system to the next level and George hit it out of the park tunning the JL TWK 88. Miles Assistant Manager as usual usual worked with me on pricing. Miles needs to be promoted to Manager.....

This was the second sound system I've bought here, the manager Brett helped me the second I walked into the store and we had an agreed upon price and when they had to switch out some components to work with my Tahoes system they didn't change the price.

I brought my vehicle in for warranty work. After 3 hours the tech comes up to me and tells me my car caught fire. One of their installers put a 25V fuse in a 7.5V fuse slot and sent 25 volts to my backup camera. Thus resulting in a total loss of my vehicle. Management, Brian, had me driving to the dealership for a quote to repair my vehicle. After giving me the run around I filed with insurance and Car Toys never followed up. My car was nearly paid off and now I gotta restart paying on a new car. I'd give them one star if I could.
