Sure wish the remote starter worked for my daughters car they installed. He told me to take it to another place to get it fixed. I asked about the return policy and he won't take it back. I tried calling him and was told Al would call back but he never does. I am out $700 dollars and my daughter is out a birthday present.
Have honestly been shopping at Al's for about 15 years now, and really have nothing bad to say. Al really does seem to have a passion for car audio, and really does know his stuff...

Just trying to call this place is impossible if the phone's do not operate in the 1st place. How is someone supposed to communicate with customers if we are unable to get through on a phone number provided that clearly does not work!!
