Got dash cam installed on Saturday last minute. He was nice to take me in & did an amazing job. Took 3 more vehicles to Victor for my own Dash Cams & his strobe lights for work Van. Waiting on Victor to help me tackle issues with one dash cam rebooting issue (Power Cable), replace his LED Switch which went bad within a month & move the back strobe lights up so cars / people in the back can actually see the lights. Other than that he did a great job. Follow up / addressing concerns in a timely manner can definitely be improved.
Had been looking for a local auto-sound service shop to diagnose my 1987 Toyota Pickup truck, had a few lingering radio/electrical issues that needed some attention. Not only were my issues resolved, Víctor went a bit further and addressed a few other issues that left my truck in tip-top shape. Victor was very fair, diagnosed my truck, provided me with options on how to best resolve before proceeding, gave me fair price quotes and ultimately delivered great service.
