This place went above and beyond on installing my stereo system in my S 500 Mercedes Benz.. Even though he ran in to A few Unexpected major problem on my car on installing my sterio he assessed the situation, handled it and done a fantastic job. Their customer service is outstanding. Great shop. Had a new android auto touchscreen put in my Lexus. Works perfectly, great communication with the owner. Price was very fair for the good work that they do. Would definitely go back and do business with them in the future! Update- I needed the code to get into the parameters for the head unit. I called several times, and texted and was assured they would work on it. After several attempts I was told to call Marc. Called Marc and he said he'd get back to me. Never heard from him so I called again and he ghosted me. Disappointed. I guess they got my money and they were done.

Great place and great customer service. Came in to get a whole new sound system and radio installed. They were able to give me good recommendations on equipment and the best sounding. Very clean installation on everything put in. I will most definitely keep doing business here.

The best costumer service around. They went above and beyond . And the quality of what they did was amazing. I needed a replacement for an item that was the manufacturers fault and they made sure the manufacturer didn't hassle me, they also called to check on whether I was having problems with the replacement. This place is the best and care about their customers!

They were able to put in my great system. They tent my windows and they wrap my car. Great customer service price are very competitive where they make you feel they want your business and they work with sense of urgency. Highly recommended.

I traveled all the way from San Bernardino to get a whole Jl system done. My husband and I knew the owner from Fontana. I am so excited and satisfied with the work that Precision Sounds provided. Juan the install manager was very professional. Marco and Jessica are super professional. Went to get a new radio… got a new kenwood unit.. very happy .. got in and out quick.. very helpful.. for sure will back to upgrade my speakers
