Excellent customer service is it to communicate and definitely taking care of his customers! I bought a part from eBay and he immediately sent me a message making sure I am ordering the right part then when I got the part I actually ordered the wrong one and when I messaged him again, he said 'no problem I will take care of it' and just told me to ship this one back and I got the new part within a few days Definitely recommend You won't be disappointed!
I suspect this company is out of business. I emailed twice and even left a phone message over the past week about a stereo install and never heard back. If still in business their customer responsiveness is sorely lacking.

Outstanding customer service! I ordered the wrong one for my 4-runner. C&H sent me the correct one at no charge and it was my mistake. My wife will be thrilled to have the touchscreen, it has not worked since we owned the 4-runner. If your touch screen doesn't work, watch his 'how to videos' then order from C&H Car Stereo. It can't be easier and you won't be disappointed!
Hi - This shop deserves more than 5 star. My Lexus ES350 Audio and GPS was not working - they have fixed it professionally. Also they sell good quality parts. They are very genuine in labor- I definitely recommend them. Their satisfaction of service is excellent- they know what they are doing and have everything available at their facility. If you need any further inputs - don't hesitate to ask. Definitely try this shop for audio , radio & navigation repair

I broke the screen in my wife's Highlander. I was able to buy a replacement screen and watch the YouTube they made on how to replace it. Thanks for all the help.

Absolutely amaaaaaaazing!!!! This guy is unreal. I have been going to sooooooo many different car stereo shops and it seemed like none of them knew what they were talking about or what they were doing. This guy fixed my issue so fast that he left me in awe!! Thank you very much man !!! I'm absolutely satisfied and very very happy. I highly recommend this guy for all your car stereo problems or installation etc ....
