Auto Sounds of Bakersfield

Great customer service!

Awesome people! The way they do buisness is pretty rare these days. No pressure sales, best all around price and not eager to just get you out the door. They were beyond helpful and patient the entire time and answered every question I had (which was ALOT). The install was🔥🔥 very clean work. These guys are true professionals! Will gladly drive the 1.5hr for any future work. Can't thank these guys enough

Been going to Autosounds for years. Good people. Very knowledgeable

I highly recommend Auto Sounds of Bakersfield. Kenny and Andrew are so incredibly knowledgeable, honest, patient and real. Their customer service is so good that I'm writing this even though it's been over a year since my installation. They left a huge impression and helped me today to fix a bad battery install that jacked up my amplifier. Prior to ending up at Auto Sounds of Bakersfield, I vetted 6 other car stereo shops and only 1 came close to being considerable based on their knowledge and customer service. Ultimately, I chose Auto Sounds because they were clearly not trying to upsell me (despite many legitimate opportunities I gave them) and were instead, more focused on getting me what my car actually called for after hearing me out about my research and desires/needs. There was never any pressure, and I was always treated with patience and respect despite my many questions and visits. These guys are so locked in on their customers, that they remembered installing a stereo in my dad's vehicle many years prior, and as soon as I walked in today, with no introduction, went to straight to check out my issue and recalled how long it had been since I was last there! Auto Sounds of Bakersfield under the ownership of Kenny and Andrew seriously deserve your consideration. They did a fantastic install on my stereo, sound deadening foam sheets, amplifier, volume knob, front speakers and tweeters, rear speakers, USB adapter, Bluetooth mic, steering control, subwoofer, and back up camera!

Amazing place, came here after Best Buy told us that “our subwoofers were blown out”. Andrew very humble, honest and with great costumer service skills called their bluff and delivered quality service to help with the issue we needed, which was a simple missing wire. All audio work would be recommended to be done here in the future. Thankyou!

This is my first time here and I have to say father and son co owners they are the coolest 😎 I really like them I always feel welcome and wanted there they are doing so much multiple things and it starting to look good I will complete this review when I hear my sounds
