I pulled up to the shop and an old Asian guy comes out of the office no greet, no smile, no nothing first red flag. He reparks the car so I can't see him working on it second red flag. He didn't even know how to open the cover to the fuse box compartment ends up scratching the heck out the plastic part of the dash and swears up and down that he didn't do it. It's a brand new 2025 Jetta, just got the car and he says the scratches were already there right where he was desperately trying to pry it open with some bamboo stick. Stay away from this nightmare of a business!!!!! You all been warned!!!!!!

As I looked around for location to get Alarm 🚨 installed, I read over reviews and felt good vibes from "Audio Planet" so I took my 61 Ford Falcon to have Viper 3105V installed for a sense of security. I'm highly satisfied with Kevin's assistance in installing and expertise. I'll be returning for complete stereo install soon. Appreciate you all at Audio Planet.
Needed a radio for my old clunker he gave me a nice radio for a good price and made my harness right away. Above all everything works great.

Took my 2012 Prius in to have a new head unit installed with CarPlay. They did a great job, the wires are clean and organized not randomly sticking out of a seam, it was fast, and very reasonably priced. If I ever have another car that needs one, I'll be going back.
Not only were they really kind, but they price matched my equipment so that I wasn't paying an overpriced arm and a leg. Also, told me it'd take about 2 hours, it was finished in about 1. Appreciate the service and am very happy with my new CarPlay display.
Kevin was at the shop and came to greet me when I arrived. He answered so many of my questions and was very patient. I was shopping around and this audio shop is the only one that made me feel comfortable, he also had everything I needed. Thank you guys!
Just have dash cam installed. Kevin was very friendly and did a clean job. I purchased one of two dash cam options; I believe you can bring your own and just pay for the installation. They are doing audio and tinting as well. I found out it was cheaper than where I have done. I should have come here.
Kevin has been my go to guy for about 7 years now the service is always great him and his team Go above and beyond.
