I'm just a girl - trying to install my own subwoofer and amplifier. When it came time to turn over the engine - no power to the amp. Audio Addiction to the rescue!!! Drove down and they squeezed me right in! One faulty amp out of the box replaced with a new amp with exceptional service and care! I would add stars if I could - thanks for saving this girl.

I am immensely grateful to the team at Audio Evolution. I own a 2014 Focus SE, which originally did not include a backup camera – a feature reserved for the Titanium, the higher trim model. After conducting some research and acquiring the necessary parts, I was hopeful about the possibility of an upgrade. On Saturday, I visited Audio Evolution to explore the feasibility of my project. Upon presenting the parts to them, they confirmed that the installation was indeed possible. Despite not having made an appointment, they kindly accommodated me and managed to complete the installation on the same day. They provided me with an estimate which they honored, even though the installation, involving the complex task of rewiring my trunk with OEM parts, took longer than anticipated. My gratitude towards the team at Audio Evolution knows no bounds. Many thanks once again.
