I was referred to Sako about how good his work is, I was skeptical at first cause of past experiences but I took the plunge and my sound system came out excellent.
I was online and mistakenly bought an amp n 2 subwoofers, not knowing any knowledge on car audio systems. Went thru store pickup and got recommended a better setup with Sako. I told him I couldn't pay for it and he sent me an application to get financed! Walked out the next hour with a legitimate system all installed thru Sako and his crew. Tap in with these guys, fast and clean service unlike anything I seen before💯
The physical store seems to have good reviews but don't order anything from them online. I had to contact them after my order wasn't shipped. I was told everything I ordered was out of stock and immediately cancelled my order.
Hi David, we called you and left you a voicemail, we texted you & we emailed you. You never responded at all. Your ordered product online that was out of stock / on back order. We cannot fulfill the order so the order gets cancelled and refunded. Thats how it works. If you would have answered us when we reached out we could have communicated that to you and possible sold you something similar that is in stock and ready to ship to your door step but you didn't respond at all. But yet you responded with a 1 star review which isn't right at all and then you say "don't order anything from these guys online" no need to be negative but instead let's work together and make things right. Came in frustrated from previous work that was done to my 2024 Sequoia. The lights weren't installed correctly to how I wanted it. Fast forward a week after I walked in 559 I was greeted by the owner Sako. I told him what I wanted it done and he made sure it was done correctly. I walked out of 559 stereo very happy. They made sure my raptor lights are installed correctly. He made sure all codes are clear before I left. I highly recommend this place for all your stereo, lights or any electrical needs to make sure your ride is looking and sounding awesome. They get it done, and they get it done right the first time!
