Fred was very good with customer service very professional. He wasn't out there to get you for your money. He did the installation very professional and very friendly and family orientated. Great shop. Great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend.
Went into this store with intentions of purchasing an amplifier. After talking with Fred, he informed me that the amp I had was good and that I wouldn't gain anything out of another one. Never met this man before. Instead of making a dollar off me, he was truthful and honest. If I could rate The Audio Shop more then 5 stars, I would. He will get my business from now on.
