Very knowledgeable i prebought amp for my 2027 telluride and unique car audio realy gave me insight if I hooked up my amp the chime and voice would be ear deafing so advised kia hasn't came out with voice over yet only for chevy and others not kia 2027 so che k 1st

Today I came back since my subwoofer went out and Brian came out and helped me get it working right now problem, no charge, since they honor their customers. Such a blessing. Had a great experience with my pioneer radio replacement and backup camera install. Pricing was fair, time to install was less than a day, and I was comfortable talking to the gentlemen who own and work at the shop. Glad I went here and supported a locally owned business.

I truly can’t say enough good about this place. Unique is not just another corporate business that only cares about money. They genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. These are remarkable people, not posers. Strangely enough, I rarely use Unique for audio. I own a small construction company in Gilbert that works on traffic signals and streetlights, and I bring our trucks to them for flashing lights, work bin lights, inverters, dash cams, and vehicle locators. These are big, complicated jobs, and they always handle them with care and professionalism. I never feel like “just another customer.” Every person there has treated me the way I wish every business would treat its customers. It never feels like an “us versus them” relationship. They make you feel like part of the team. In the last 20 years, I’ve probably left only five Google reviews. These people earned every word of this one.

The guys at Unique are great. Bought a used car with a blown speaker in the passenger door. The replacement speakers arrived early, called them and they got me in same day.They swapped ithem out in 20-30mins. Great service...very reasonable price too!
