Front staff is absolutely the best in town! Walk in the door and you feel welcome immediately! Both sales and installers really take the time to explain everything from programming to settings. What to do and not to do. The installers are definitely the best in town. My truck looks stock inside, but it's far from stock in sound. Attention to detail is spot on. Just remember, if you want the best, you have to pay for quality components. The system they installed in my truck sounds absolutely amazing!

Great service, quick install. The infotainment replacement was installed on a 22 year old BMW in almost mint condition. They took great care to complete the installation as not to damage anything in the dash. The X5 was spotless when I dropped off and spotless when I picked it up. The infotainment center looks like it came from the BMW factory! It's weird seeing the new tech in the 22 year old BMW. I am genuinely impressed and would highly recommend, "The Specialist".

These guys provide excellent service and know their stuff. They helped me with a new head unit and back-up camera for my 2013 Mazda CX-5. Jerry helped me find the right product for my needs and budget, communicated every step of the way, did a great job with the installation, and stuck to the original price. Cannot recommend highly enough! 8/31/26 Edited to add: I had to take my car back for a warranty issue. Both Jerry and GiGi were fantastic to work with. They really went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed and I was a satisfied customer (I am!). These guys are the best.

Went to The Specialists on Speedway because I wanted this job done right. They installed a state of the art Kenwood information/entertainment system to replace the outdated one in the dashboard of my wife's 2007 Mercedes SLK350. It looks, works and sounds fantastic. Wife is thrilled. The final bill was less than quoted because they are honest people. G.G. spent about a half hour showing my wife how everything works. Highly recommended.
