Summary
AI Generated from Google reviewsThe business receives strongly positive reviews. Customers frequently praise owner Sam and technician Omar for honest, transparent pricing, no-pressure advice and installs finished in a few hours. Reviewers highlight prices well below other shops and fixes for problems left by previous installers. Some negative reviews mention an abrupt or unwelcoming reception at the counter and on the phone, and a few recent ones report wiring and grounding problems after installs, though one customer said the shop upgraded an amp free of charge to resolve an issue.

Best shop out there was able to work with me and transparent about what they were doing to help. Save me the most money possible. I will be a returning customer definitely check them out. Do not go to audio express as they were ripping me off go to Phoenix Car audio!

Despite all the good reviews I would never go back here. I wasn't greeted on walking in and I felt unwelcome and like I was bothering the owner. The tone was abrupt by the person that helped me and he didn't want me in that store. I couldn't get a straight answer about turnaround time for an alarm and camera. It felt weird being there with the strange reception so I left a soon as I could. Waste of time, even though pricing is the best I've come across.
