Had a small stereo package installed and they cracked my dash, installed 6 screws all the way through my cab and into the tailgate and now they refuse to take care of it properly! Little boy there gets very hostile and wants to fight and Old lady is behind him 100%. Very bad work and they destroyed my cab of my classic truck.
Worst experience ever! If only I could give 0 stars! If you value your vehicle and time Do not take it here! Damaged our brand new can am and did the worst wiring job (a child could have wired it better), was so bad that our seat started to catch fire and could have badly injured our son.
SO HAPPY with the friendly, knowledgeable service. On time and affordable. Took my 1962 Nova in for a sub-woofer check and they fixed it quickly + a review of how it works. I am 72, husband 86, we couldn't figure it out, but they did!
Will NEVER use this company again. Dishonest. They were supposed to check the wiring before the stereo install to see if we even needed a new one. They installed a new stereo that we didn't even need and then checked the wiring. It was a faulty amplifier.

Really good service. I wanted an upgraded stereo console and had a unique, mid-year system in my car. Mason did a lot of research to come up with a viable solution that looked good. They were very fair and honest, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their system setup.
OMG!! My old butt had forgotten how amazing car audio can sound. Was hesitant to replace factory system because of the appearance. Sound Depot installed a new system and it looks and sounds fantastic. I'm stoked!! USMC Retired Veteran Heather Harrison 🌻
