I had a scheduled installation at 11am, was there for an hr getting the paperwork because the system wasn't in sync with the info that the intake person got over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. After the paperwork was filled out The front desk person said the install takes about 20-30mins. Went for a walk down the road and had lunch. Came back and the car wasn't ready. We are now 2 hrs later and the car hasn't made its way back to the garage. Will update after the car has been worked on. There was a customer who came in an hr after me and he got his car done before mine. The guy said he was working on the easy ones first and the harder ones get worked on later. IMO it's BS.
I was referred to Hillside by Safe & Sound to replace a blown Kicker. I was told 'I would be taken care of,' and they exceeded my expectations. Kevin and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate bringing my vehicle back to Hillside for future maintenance or upgrades.
2 of my vehicles have autostarts from Hillside Audio - looking to get a 3rd done. Service and turnaround is great, pricing is fair and still competitive with the rest of the city. Life long customer here.
Short staffed and have no time until after the first of the year!
No parking at all, rude customer service. Never greeted, only just looked at til I started the conversation. Got my work done elsewhere and for less. Wouldn't recommend

Had an appointment scheduled with Hillside Audio through a 3rd party. When I showed up at Hillside, the woman at the counter curtly informed me that the 3rd party had failed to contact them and engaged in considerably unprofessional complaints about the 3rd party company. They made absolutely no effort to remedy the mistake that had been made, and demanded that I reschedule and leave.
