I never give 5 stars but Taco and the rest of the staff did a really great job. I fully expected minimal treatment as I approached the store. I drive a 10yr old, seldom washed truck with over 250K miles on it and just needed my radio replaced and a remote start installed. Nothing fancy, did not need a touch screen and a complete sound system. I was greeted as I walked in, we talked about what I was looking for and Taco came out to my truck to go over what I could expect and what radio I would need. Made the appointment around my schedule. When I returned I was again greeted as I walked in, we went over what was to be installed, and I went to the waiting area. As I waited I watched the staff interact with people driving simple trucks like mine and others who drove extreme custom/collectable cars. Every customer was treated with the highest respect. When the work was done, Taco went over the instructions on how to operate the remote start and the new radio/CD player. Several times I was told that if I had any questions or any problems, to call them. I am very pleased with the equipment they installed and with the service that they provided. They never tried to upsell me with a system that I did not want or need. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and the staff seemed to treat every customer with the same respect.

While much of what we do is centered around the products we sell and the techniques we use during installations, we always try our very best to make every customer that walks in the door feel like they're our most important customer, regardless of whether they buy a $5.00 fuse or spend $15,000 on an audio system, because they are! Speakerbox is outstanding! I checked tons of reviews across the southeast. I drove 6 hours round trip for my install. They did not disappoint. They were so kind, put together exactly what I was looking for, and walked me through how to use it. I worked with Dustin and he is super to work with! It was worth every penny and I plan on going back for more additions in the future. Very happy I chose Speakerbox!

Needed to bring my 2003 F250 into the modern era. Didn't want all the bells and whistles, just a 2DIN Tablet for Android Auto, a back up camera, and remote entry installed. Dustin and Taco were very professional and knew exactly what I wanted. No pressure to upsell, no undue questions. In fact, Dustin showed me the bargain equipment first, and I had to ask him to bump it up a notch in equipment / cost. Same week appointment. Dropped The Big Girl off in the AM and picked her up exactly when promised. Flawless transaction.
