These guys are awesome and off the chain with their customer service. My speaker JL Audio speaker wasn't playing and they hooked up the speaker in the showroom and it had sound. Took the speaker back to my car and it started playing. Sound Depot is the SPOT.

Years ago I gave a scathing review for this establishment and due to unforseen circumstances I have returned. It's something to be said about brick and mortar businesses in the fact that they support the local economy and provide a personal experience and knowledge base that just can't be found online. I found this experience to be the total opposite of my last one and have nothing but a pleasant experience to report. Sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly so much so that I'm inclined in the future to bring my business here. The markup compared to online is extremely negligible when considering the plethora of product information about products being sold. I'm glad they hung in there and got it right. Thank you Dave and sound depot for righting your ship and getting it in shape. Happy holidays!
