Was quoted $250 for installation for a dash cam. Absolute highway robbery. I don't mind paying a little more for quality.. but 3 times as much is ridiculous.

Great customer service. No problems fixing any issues that could arise or finding a different solution if the original plan didn't work. Original plan was to put an 11 inch sub under the spare tire. It wouldn't fit, so they ended up mounting at 10" to the top of the trunk. Well after a few weeks it started to rattle, we took it in and they looked at it right away, it was loose and they tightened up on the spot quick. Said if it happens again come, back and we'll find a different solution. It happened again a week or so later, so we scheduled to take it in. We decided to go with the same sub in a ported box and everything has been fantastic since.
Very bad customer service. Seemed agitated as soon as I got there. Asked a cpl questions and got a sarcastic response. Acted like I was wasting his time. Won't do business with ppl like that. Buyer beware.

Mark and Charlie are always going above and beyond with their talents. I took them a project that they have not done before and they found a solution. I kept the vehicle looking factory and have the stereo that NO ONE will know is in there till you turn on the system. Amazing work.
It is rare that a customer notices what we do and how much pain we go through to get it done thank you so much for your kind words it touches me deeply
