Install took several days and staff are rude over the phone. Additionally, the unit still had issues and I had to go to a different shop to have a new one placed. On top of all of this, I'm still trying to get the smell of cigarettes out of my vehicle due to them smoking either directly in it or in the shop with all the windows rolled down. Terrible experience.
Gave them a tough challenge they are researching and seam very interested in my install, complete upgrade to my 1984 Mercury grand marquis, sound system with a retro kit, I can Bluetooth, play any auxiliary device charge my phone awesome took a while but GREAT system. Thanks!

They've done work on a stereo install years ago as well as remote starts, and I've had to have all their work redone. The wiring alone always looks like a rats nest...
Had them put an Alpine system is my wifes 2008 Dodge Charger RT AWD. Very nice ; friendly ; good customer experience! was very happpy with their service! :)
So, when I got there. I had to wait for 20 minutes, while the two employees and the owner fumble around and looking for a lost remote starter fob. Then after leaving my car with them. They were unable to install my speakers.
John and friends did an amazing job. Took them two speakers and they made it sound like four!! Went above and beyond!! Thanks again!! Will bring all my business to car tunes for sure!!
Professional and easy to deal with.
I went here to get my system hooked up they were suppose to put in a adapter for my steering wheel controls and some other things that cost me like 200 dollars today i took my truck to get a new radio and what do you know they charged me for it and never put the adapter in lol
had very bad customer service, the lady was very rude. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before being spoke to after already booking an appointment a few weeks prior
