Yep, I was that guy!!! I had a last-minute trip to Moab last weekend and I went to Steves at 5:59 PM. One minute before they closed!!!! I was in urgent need of four gauge wire For my rack lights. I tried to walk in the front door, but it was locked. They kindly open the door and ask what I needed. I let him know that I needed 1 foot of wire. He goes into the shop and one minute later he comes out and hands me the cable. I was willing to pay, but he handed it over and said not to worry about it. Not only did he Give it to me for free, but it was like three or 4 feet of wire more than enough. Super great stuff went above and beyond, and I felt really bad I walked in last minute. Thank you!!!

Amazing service, the owner and staff were extremely kind and patient, I had 2;12 inch subwoofers installed with the proper cords and equipment, so happy with how everything turned out!!!

12.20.24. Went back for a 3rd time on my 3rd car. Great experience. I purchased nearly $600 of stereo equipment for my new luxury car. I can not have a hack installer dealing with my car. They were timely in the work. Their workmanship was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Easy to deal with. I would refer my friends to their shop. On 10/04/2016. I had a small problem with the deck. STEVE totally replaced it. Totally fast. Amazing skill.

Staff was friendly and professional, but unhappy with communication and their lack of problem solving. Spent $1500 on a remote start and keyless entry. when I came to pick it up they asked me to pay and I said 'can we check it out first?' Walked out and took ten minutes or so to find out both the keyless entry and the remote start wasn't working, was told I probably needed a new door actuator on the passenger side for the keyless entry to work 'but those are like 60 bucks', hung out for about 30 minutes and I said 'I'll come back tomorrow' Came the next day and they fixed the remote start then said 'just bring it back in and we'll get the actuator in!' The driver side stoped working too and when I was available to bring it back in they said it would be $500 to install the actuators. It now would be $2,000 and 5 trips to their shop to get everything working. I understand that problems arise, and I'm willing to work with someone on that but I wish I could've dropped it off once and had it all working when I came to pick it up. A call saying 'hey, we found a problem with your doors we can fix it but it's gonna be a little extra' would have been very helpful. It's crazy to me to call a customer and say your truck is ready when you haven't even tested the keyless entry or remote start and expect them to pay. I expect more from a business when you spend that much money and I wish I would've brought it somewhere else

Don't go anywhere else for your stereo upgrade/installations, this place is the best. I had a nice JVC unit and backup camera installed for my truck. The price I was quoted was great and the installation went perfectly and on time. I even went back several years after the install based on a minor issue I was having and they fixed it at no cost, in and out in 15 minutes. Great local business, be sure to support it.
