Great service and help with my dash cam purchase and installation.

I got speakers for my front cap of my truck , fix a blown speaker on the passenger side door ... I thought if I'm replacing one replace them all. things I noticed one I didn't get my old speakers from the replacement, and now after 3 maybe 4 weeks I noticed the my driver side speaker isn't working at all so now I have to go back and hope they will fix this issue. I don't think I'll be back here after I hope the driver side is fixed Update: My truck speakers were fixed. It took less then 30 minutes, but first off it was a "clip" issue with the speaker but i still had to spend day my off getting it fixed and when I entered the establishment I was instantly questioned and called out about my review in front of everyone in the store. I will not go back.

Huge thanks to Danny, Robert, and the other staff at the Rivergate location. They promptly responded to my inquiry regarding a new monitor and back up camera and even worked to fit me in same day. Knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Looking forward to future business with this crew at Cartronics Rivergate.

Robert is a great person, salesperson, very knowledgeable and got me a great system installed in my truck and just in time for my date with Reese Witherspoon! 😉 kidding about the date part. Thanks Robert! Danny was, also, very nice! I only met the installer briefly. He was very kind, as well, and obviously did a great job!

Being a native of Hendersonville, I used to regularly cruise Rivergate Mall on Friday and Saturday nights in the early 90's in my low rider Mustang. I thought I was cool, rocking (4) 12" Rockford Fosgates in a system that was largely built by me and my friends. Since that time, I've had on my bucket list to have a system professionally installed by Cartronics. However, college, marriage, career and having a child altered my priorities, as they should have. Maybe it is a mid-life crisis at this point, but after 30 some odd years, I was finally able to check that Cartronics dream off my bucket list. The bar was set pretty high for them…30+ years of wanting to have that professionally installed system by them. When I went to hear it for the first time, I was blown away, almost literally. Looks and sounds AMAZING. Robert and the pros at Cartronics exceeded all of my expectations, from customer service, to knowledge, to expertise, to value and to quality work. All top notch. I highly recommend going to see Robert and the pros at Cartronics. Very solid decision and I couldn't be happier.

Came in without an appointment. Asked for a car remote starter, and the front desk showed me the selection of their options and answered my questions about what the differences are. Very easy and friendly staff to work with and no sales pressure of getting something more expensive. They told me the full cost up front and didn't take payment until the work was completed. When I picked up my vehicle they went out with me and showed me how to start the car and let me know how it works.
