These guys are literally the best! First time ever bringing my business to these guys, and they were extremely helpful, informative, and super easy to talk to about car audio related things that you might not understand completely. Brayden helped get all the info needed from me about the stereo to get the issue I was having properly fixed, and nick was the groovy guy in the bay who took that information and made our car awesome again.

Had another great experience making a big purchase at this store. Braidyn was very kind and understanding and helped me out with all my questions. The installation went perfectly. My car didn't get damaged and the paint didn't get scratched. They really paid attention to detail and I'm very grateful for that.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the crew at Pro Audio while I was in town. Brandon, was very helpful and answered all my questions with professionalism. I was quoted a time for my stereo and speakers to be installed. They gave me directions to near by shopping so I could shop while the installation was being done. They finished within the quoted time. The work was beautifully done, no mess left behind.

The red beard short guy that works there was extremely rude, went in there looking to buy something but seemed to be more upset when I wasn't getting speakers done through them. This automatically made me put all my items again. I WILL NOT ever shop from this store again.

Honestly the people here are so rude for no reason. I walked in hoping to buy a replacement subwoofer and just the way they talked to me made me not want to accept their service so I left and said I would just come back another time.

I could not be happier with the service I received. I have used pro audio for years now, and will use them again in the future. The employees were very kind, helped me pick out an amazing system for my car. After they were done, the Employee, sat in the car with me and showed me the system worked.
